Susan was brought in as a Strategic Adviser by Handshake and Guggenheim Partners to spearhead the organization’s work with the global development community and ensure it stayed relevant during the COVID-19 era.

Through a referral from a colleague, Susan was brought in to advise and lead a landscape assessment to shape how the world renowned, 3-Michelin starred restaurant Eleven Madison Park (EMP) might pioneer a new model for addressing food insecurity in a local community with whom it developed a special relationship during COVID-19.

Impact Navigators was hired in the summer of 2024 to craft a strategy for raising the visibility of Caring Cross’ work and its innovative approach toward health equity among the global health community, including through leveraging important moments such as the UN General Assembly high-level session, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting and the World Health Assembly to connect with like-minded partners and a broader range of Ministries of Health to scale the organization’s impact.
